Okeechobee Speckled Perch Festival, scheduled for March 10 at 8 am at the town park. Table will offer pet products, raffles, and tell people who we are and what we do, also if we have enough volunteers I would like to take some of our dogs and cats for people to meet--need 6 people at least. Same day will be a daylight parade, I would like to have as many volunteers walk proudly in the parade to represent our mission. We will not have a float for this one, just volunteers, dogs and banners. Line up will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the U-Save Supermarket, SW 4th Street and 2nd Ave. I will need to know T shirt size ASAP if you are walking in the parade.

On February 4, 2012, Pet Rescue will be involved with a yard sale from 7 am to 2 pm, at Seminole Cove Community Center. Seminole cove is located off of 16th street. Take 441 to Ford garage, turn west, next road is 16th turn south, Seminole cove is first neighborhood . Food will be available for breakfast & lunch.
New this year, the Humane Society Pet Rescue Fl offers low cost spay or neuter vouchers and microchips. Drop by anytime during normal business hours.

Sunday & Monday Closed. Closed every holiday!
